Decentralized Task Market Place

There's probably a limit to how decentralized this projet can be. Mundane logistical details are attached to a specific task. I call this power accumulates around there, which is completely arbitrary. And if you can move those tasks around, you wind up moving the logistical information so more people have a chance to be more empowered.
