Many of the reasons why sales reps are not performing inside organizations is because of crappy leadership. I wouldn't go in and clean house on a team unless there was an ethical issue so if there's an ethical issue an integrity issue then I would then. But that would be an instance where I would say hey you know maybe we got a clean house or maybe a market shift but I've never I've never gone in clean house what to do.
