The Dangers of Changing Cultures

I'd happily hire someone who doesn't know exactly how to do the things that I want them to do as long as they're smart enough to learn and to try. That's a much better person to work with than someone who technically knows and has the experience of how to do exactly that thing, but is going to argue with me or waste time when I ask them to do something outside of their job description. Even if the culture changes, it won't be a good fit for it. If we don't start changing these cultures, the company, the company,. It's going to negatively impact a lot of people when they move on to different companies.
