Is the Fair Work Commission Getting New Powers?
The fair work commission feels that it has no real power here. Is that likely to change? Because we know that reform to industrial relations is on the new governments agenda. Will we see the commission granted further powers, or perhaps legislative change? So we've got big reform coming, that's really clear. I spoke to tiny burke, the employment and workbice relations minister. He told me he would soon be giving the fair work commission new powers over the gig economy.
