I'm interested to hear if you've witnessed or experienced instances where a neurodivergent person was treated differently due to a lack of awareness. Do anyone have any sort of examples, anything that they've witnessed in that sort of perspective? I can give you an example of not just one of witness but one of experienced. The workplace is still set up in a way that it's very much like the old factories evolved. And it doesn't always fit the way, the way that we work,. all the way thatwe that we work best.
