The Bolsheviks and the Red Army

i think that people sort of like figure at you know, there's going to be a similar dynamic to the russian civil war. Once the bolsheviks come to power and civil war breaks out, the red army goes to every fucking village on the map saying like, 'You can either join the red army or we can shoot you' And if you say, well, didn't you promise that this would stop like t they would just shoot you. But er as things sort of collapsed in russia, it actually became a lot easier to do forced conscription because nobody really figured it was worthy the debater to even fight against it.
