The Will of Man Isn't Thwarted, It's Action
Some people think god is thwarting the will of man by stopping him from going somewhere. No, we'll actually know he thwarted the actions of jonah and raised a big well to persuade his will. And so it's, it's, he can influence the will just like anybody else could. But if he's going to change the will through some kind of mystical work, then it's not. It's not really a will that belongs to them any more, is his. Any discussion regarding human freedom must revolve around a question of the will, not action. We must keep this distinction in mind as fundamental for understanding any of the arguments to follow.
