The Random Assignment of Judge Alien Cannon to a Criminal Case
Judge Alien Cannon was randomly assigned to this criminal case. She's a pretty green judge, but the one piece of evidence that we do have, I think has to be giving the DOJ prosecutors in the special counsel's office concern about how she's going to approach this case. But like yikes as pure random assignment goes in that this earlier ruling is terribly reasoned all the time.
