The Importance of Discipline in Eldership

I don't think people tell me that much cool stuff you know. I'm more just get to find about this person's struggle again or this person's sin. It does seem like if something's going on here or there and then I bring it up with you for this or that reason you've already heard about it. And so you have to exercise a lot of discernment about what you do with all that information.
