The Problem With Shiny Hair Headshots
There's too much shine online, just the lightest retouching is fine with me. I think that what I really care about is people being able to step into their difference... regardless of what others are doing around you. And in our industry, the current thing is shiny, but it could be pretty much anything else. If you're not that person and that isn't you in real life or even when you're presenting or when you're at your best then suddenly think I have to be that person in order to have success.
