Banks gave loans of roughly around two percent to a corporate 28 times interest coverage. The non bank sector, private credit bond market funded at one at 28 times interest Coverage ratio. When these guys come to refinance is going to be somewhere between four and six times that rate in two years time. Highly unlikely they will be able to refinance at one percent.
