If you cannot refinance due to market conditions or get out at the price that you bought it for, it will automatically extend an additional five years. It actually cash flows as a long term rental. The long term rent is $2,800 and it'll cash flow as a midterm and a short term. No matter what happens in the next five years, I'm going to cash flow.
