How to Build a Portfolio of Cash Flow Around a Property

You can't take your global cash flow to zero because that's the fastest way to lose. So we had to build a portfolio of the cash flow around it to support the Renault and away you go. We bought I think four or five deals within four months when we first started so that we had the cash flow to fix stuff. The more cards in the deck, the more combos you have. Russian roulette will work four times out of five or whatever. You don't want to play that game too much.
