Each individual is like the their own sand timer. Starts when you walk in the door, and it stops at 30 minutes inact. Once you go through that first week, like you can expect forty, five to 60 minutes. After about 70 to 75 minutes, my my timer is up, i'm done. Some one might have a longer period of time, but you've got to know yourself. I elso think it's worth noting, for example, any time i start a new work out phase, the first week takes longer. Yes, rigt so.
