In the folk tradition, we have the saying that says, La Tierra is the Kim La Trawaha. The land belongs to those who work it. And now because there is a push to be always working your land, then we stop giving that piece of land, a period of rest. So I think that's one of the dangers in which the federal government doesn't have a deep understanding of the way in which we have related to the land.
