How to Tell a Story of the User and the Product Team
The work of us creating some composite stories, another one of my favorite areas of work here is in user journeys or service blueprints. We'll catalog a longitudinal, longitudinal journey of a set of customers and say this is how they went through this whole experience. And then that can being able to tell those, those two levels of story of the user and the product team,. we can take that to whether it's a C suiteWhether it's an outside investor, anybody who needs more and richer context about why we're trying to make these changes.
