All sentient beings also have an intellect sheet, vigyanamaaya kosha. And all the minds are connected, they are part of one cosmic mind. So saptva-rari mahānā-at-mā here means mahāt or Hiranyagarva, the cosmic mind. When we come to the witness consciousness, it will be the one witness consciousness behind the cosmicmind. One light which illumin all minds and all senses and all bodies. Not this intuitive feeling that there are many lights in many bodies and minds. This is the goal. That's why when the teaching, you or Brahman will become active, which will make sense at that time
