Ocular noritus is a retrobalbar process, meaning it's primarily more behind the eyeball itself. You have kind of that inr inflamed sheath order around the optic nerve,. As the eye moves back and forth, a kind of irritated dirl she is sort of become stretched and is painful as the eyes look back and forth. Her exam is actually quite profound. So she can only count fingers with her left eye, and her right eyes completely normal. Usually with e vision loss from an optic neurapathy in ar you don't have to have too much vision loss in order to get a relative afferant pupilary defect.
