The World's Electrifying

Lithium is one of the most abundant elements in the universe and it's all throughout the crust. We just don't have it yet in a readily available form, but I think that will change. There'll be some that do incredibly well that manage to make hay while the sun shines. But unless you've got some kind of edge here, I just don't know how you pick the rule.
