Russia Rejoins Ukraine Grain Deal After Turkey's Mediation
Russia has rejoined the Ukraine grain deal after Turkey's mediation. Russia said that it suspended its participation in response to a weekend drone attack on its Black Sea fleet in Crimea. It blamed the attack on Ukraine and claimed that some of the drones traveled through the safe corridors to launch the attack. And now this deal is due to expire on November 19th.
