What Are the Breadth Indicators Telling You?
If the select groups are mostly risky biotechs, right off the lows, and that's where you're going to go. Typical of bear market action is the money looks for safety. If they're all health care, that's kind of like safety stuff. I don't want to trade those. But if it's just meandering around, and there's not a lot of power in the names, then we're not going to chase them. We're going to wait for better conditions.
