The Merger Workout Checklist

I put this in there to remind myself when a deal gets announced or when there's some kind of announcement don't get scared based on that market reaction that price because all it is is just price. Look at the filings and then look at the real value and then compare that to the price and then make a decision. I'm making fewer bets i'm betting on wonderful businesses and i'm making large bets and i've got fewer positions. The thing with the wonderful businesses is i don't sell them unless i can put them through the wonderful business holding checklist  and if they don't pass that checklist i don't sale.
