Biden has faced many road blocks trying to live up to his promises. He talked about how republicans were going to somehow have an epiphany moment when he was president, and they were going to work together. I think he's coming to a point where the reality is coming clear to him that republicans are not going to work with him. And at a certain point he's just going to have to lean in and say, if we're gong to get something done, we're going to having to do it alone.
