What Are Closing Costs?

In some states, you like in california, you just go through title uh. In new york, you have to have an attorney. So your costs are a little bit higher because you have to pay an attorney for closing. And then also, it depends on what kind of finance your you're using, too. If i'm doing a cash offer with no financing, um, it's usually about a thousand to 12 hundred dollars is what i pay my attorney, and that includes the title fees.
