The Perniciousness of Friendship

A real friendship, CS Lewis likes to say, is not jealous of the other person. It like spawns, it says, yeah, come join us. We are collaborating with one another in our construction of the kingdom of God here on earth. Man, that's a real fraternity. That type of fraternity is the crux of a real friendship where we are recognizing ourselves as brothers with Christ under God the Father.
