Lis: One of the most empty resources that gets given to staff in a disaster is a phone number of a hot line or of some one whom they've never met before. Lis: What i love is that ruth is involved in the environment, so she's able to go up to people and say, it looks like you're having a hard day. Are you ok right? And like that. How many people do that in a busy hospital environment? Stop everything to say to someone, you don't look ok. Come and sit with me.
