Is Existence the Most Fundamental Act That All of Us Do?

Existence is simply the act of being, right? So it's the most fundamental act that all of us do. And weo her fall out of this. We either lose this act of being,. or we remain and we continue acting in being. The argument is that, so no essence is it. No essence entails existence; at least among contingent things. There's a real distinction between essence and existence.
