I'm always thinking, like, is this worth it? And the answer is usually no. In cost rica, wherever i am, i want to go out with friends, and i'll be out an hour, two, three past my bedtime. So that compresses the sleep window, or i jot's very jarring. But if i have a consistent sleep time and a consistent wake time, i just feel so much better. I've found that as i get older, i'm forty four years old, so as i get Older, i'm much more sensitive to this.
