Introduction

In a new year, i was thinking about why the hecki do this work. I call these aspirational anchors. When you set a goal, that's like saying what and where. But an aspirational anchor is more about the how and the why. And when you figure out your intent for the future and what angers you or frustrates you about the status quo, now you can march towards that aspirational anchor. So i want to help create a world where more people can feel intrinsically motivated by the work that they do. Because i think that leads to fulfilment. It leads to great service of others, it leads to great work and great lives.
