How to Write Down Your Thoughts and Feelings

Children can use the projective technique of putting your thoughts and feelings off of yourself and onto somebody else. We're going to draw a brain inside of this head and we are going to fill it up with all of the different thoughts and worries that this kid could be having. And then at the end, I invite the child to circle any worries that are true for them. Maybe they don't have all these worries, but if they're sharing these worries, they can circle them.
