Ghost Christmas Past
The second stay of the first ghost christmas past was meant to show him that being miserly was problematic. Maybe this one is meant to show his solitariness is problematic, says David Walliams. In scrooge, he also changes in this stave and this night, ashe seems to have affection for his nephew,. He's sort of enjoying their dancing and playing games they play. That doesn't even seem to bother him so much though he's the butt of many jokes. And i think that's an interesting socratic element, where he's coming to get self- knowledge about how he's perceived and how he's understood by others.
