The Benefits of Working Less Than 50 Hours a Week
At 50, you can actually have a personal life. At 65 or 17, it's almost impossible. We did a sort of a statistical correlation between hours worked and whether you felt that you had a work-life balance. That's what we found. It is possible to have it both ways. You can be a top performer and you can have a good personal life. And people who do the do less than obsessed and work 50 hours a week to make that happen, they perform the best. They report less better work-life Balance, more job satisfaction and lower chances of burnout.
