The Story of Todd Colhab
Todd Colhab was 15 years old when he walked a girl home from school. When police arrived at the house, Katie told them she'd been looking for a dog. Police arrested Colhab and charged him with kidnapping as an adult. He pleaded guilty to kidnap in exchange for dropping sexual assault charge. In November 2001, Colhab moved back to South Carolina after being released from prison.
