BJ Fogg wrote a book called Tiny Habits in 2021, just a couple of years ago. The power of habit stacking is that you're able to take more than one habit and change it at the same time. Some examples are on my lunch break: After I eat lunch, then I go and I go for either a walk or I go shoot hoops for about 10 minutes. And then I lay out in the sunshine for about ten minutes. So what we're doing is I'm stacking multiple habits.
