Biden and the Delaware Way
Biden didn't create the system of incorporation, but he is a creature of this Delaware way system. His style exemplifies the system. He's been funded by the system and his voting record over his time in the Senate reflects very much the Delaware system. Biden was seen as such a shill for the credit card companies that somebody jokingly put, he was the Senator, you know, and they have D, meaning Democrat, and then Dash, and then your state, D E in his case.
