I Really Liked the Book, and I Hate It
M, i absolutely loved it in the end. Am, and i flip and hated it because it made me despise so many people that i've worked with or under at work. We'd all love our work a whole lot further along if leaders were allowed to just not set free their potential. Because everyone's innate ability is stifled by being told what to do. It's cool when you know someone can be strong but they don't have to be perfect. And we're hoping this book will help some of us get there too.
