Programming Language Design - What's the Difference?
You never design a new language, or at least very rarely think about designing entirely new languages. The work you do is mostly about evolving a language forward. I genuinely enjoy the challenge of trying to fit features into the existing language. It's really the only feasible way to actually write stuff that's going to get used by real users and solve real problems.
