Alloy has created a culture in the real estate industry that's unique. We are now starting to compete with publicly traded companies on much bigger you know projects and we are perceived as a big development company even though we're not. The long term challenge is that when you're a principal there is an extraordinary amount of recourse and what we need to do candidly over the next number of years is to make our employees wealthy enough that they can participate in that recourse.
