Meditation: Become aware of your body, how does it feel? In the end we will check in again and see what difference you may feel. Try to lose all labels or judgments of the sensations - they are neither good or bad. Don't create attachments or a story around the things appearing in your body. Just observe, feel the sensoid, coming and going. See how they are movements inside you. They are simply movements inside you, inside the body. And we detach yourself like this when you see that you are more than your emotions,. not only your thoughts or bodily sensations.
