Kansas Primaries

There are more ncon unaffiliated voters in kansas than there are democrats. And those people almost never have anything to vote for in the partisan primaries. So is ballot vote is like the one thing that they could turn out and vote on, right? Right? It's just so such an uphill climb for the opposition to the amendment.
