Being able to share resilient stories in a way that allows others to learn from us vicariously. The fifth practice is thepractice of possibility. So vulnerability is kind of the foundation. It's about focus on progression rather than perfection. We face challenge to navigate the risk associated with challenge and the opportunity that exists in that challenge.
