Is There a Gender Bias in Google's Performance Reviews?

As part of how I was paid, I got stock every month. And then I also had 20% time projects the whole time through. At Google, there's a company policy. Basically you can take one day a week and you do whatever you want. Whatever you're working on, Google owns it. It's part of their stuff. Sure. But you can do what you want. That's how I got into AI bias.
