He's like, if you're doing it just to be able to afford the property, no,. No, no, no. And if you're taking on debt just so that you can afford the thing that you otherwise wouldn't be able to, that's a no-no. The very act of asking that question puts you in the camp of, oh, maybe you actually can handle it strategically because you are thinking strategically.
