They usually the first answer I get is filters Oh, they had those amazing filters for your photos The next thing I like to say to people is great is filters a solution or a problem It's a solution which is fine We use a y-hack when we have I call it solution pollution when you have solution pollution perfectly fine You do a y-hack and you say okay. Why? There's here's solution pollution Why are filled? Why were filters valuable to you as an early instagram user and people say things like makes my photos look better Makes my photos look more creative more professional stuff like that,

Yeah, but then I say great when filters first came out on instagram where they have where they have must-have or performance or delighter They were a delighter because nobody else have them, right? So so delighters can I mean though? I think what I would say to agree with you is Having only a delighter is not usually enough you have to outperform on something right? It's nice to have with the lighter, but it's more like a bonus You got to have some raw outperform You got to be fast or cheaper or something you got it, you know something and then that's like the cherry on top and then what I like to say is When I've analyzed a lot of products through this lens is Time and again when you see some product that came out and it was just hugely successful Instagram uber airbnb It's a combination of a clear performance that they had Plus like a delighter and it's like this, you know,
