Four thousand activists in the sibur engaged in siber warfare, from around the world and from ukraine. But that was a private wish of people, of individuals. The officially sanctioned offences mostly targeted russian troops in inver structure inside occupied territory. We need to defend a ukranian intro structure, critical cranian intro structure, on those territories. So we make everything that's in our power to defendte intro structure and citizens.
