The Intuitive Eating Framework

intuitive eating is a framework that was developed in the mid 90s by two dieticians. The purpose of it is not to change body composition per se, this is a framework for eating that can have potential positive benefits and has been tested over time now. We see pretty consistent improvements in a variety of outcomes such as improved body image, improved self esteem or improved body acceptance. But we could also probably see certain situations where if we think of some of these tenants of intuitive eating as a framework, it would be hard to imagine that there wouldn't be some people who would see an improvement in body composition.
