Rye was big before we saw bourbon and corn becoming very, very popular in the united states. Rye is a harding, resiliant grain with a distinct flavor profile. Creates a spirit that's big and rash. Just like the salt of the earth folks who made straight rye whisky so popular so many years ago. Our version is aged in new charred oak, white barrels,. resulting in a bull taste with a bit of spice, aged at least three years.
