There's no slam dunk case that the manhattan d'er's office has without a co operating witness. The standard is proof beyond a reasonable doubt, and you got to have it. But what i don't understand is this would unfold in a way that would cause too non theatrical, reasonable, mild mannered lawyers to resign abruptly. Even thugh the didn't say anything, it's a pretty ostentatious thing to do. It's going to look bad in many quarters for alvan bragg. How you got to a circumstance in your management that that happens ou now, there may be something to criticise there.
