Speed Is a Risk
To offer next day service or same days service, you have to have somebody who isn't booked up yet. If the customer doesn't call and the business doesn't come, you lose money. Offering your service faster requires you having your risking, having your resources sit idle. That's a risk, but this is where the economyis going.
