Is Structuralism Going to Hit the Hardest?

Structuralism is going to have massive effects on many different fields of study. But the people's structuralism will hit the hardest is anyone that's interested in objectivity, or something that even remotely resembles it. And you can understand their concern. One of the goals of science is to check your ego and your pre formed biases at the door. Well what if somebody told you that this whole time, what you've been checking at the door are really just your most blatant biases? Shouldn't we try to understand exactly what those parometers are and how they work?
